1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing easyanimationstudio.com, you agree to these terms and to our data privacy notice. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.

2. What this site is

Easy Animation Studio publishes independent reviews, rankings, and comparisons of animation software aimed at people with no prior animation experience. Everything here is editorial opinion and general information. It is not professional, technical, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for evaluating a tool against your own requirements.

We are not a reseller. We do not sell software, process payments, or provide support for any product we cover. Every transaction happens between you and the vendor.

3. Affiliate disclosure

This site is reader-supported. Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you follow one and subscribe or purchase, we may receive a commission from the vendor or their affiliate network. This costs you nothing extra — the price you pay is the same as if you had gone direct.

Commissions do not buy coverage, ranking, or praise. Testing is completed and scores are finalized before we look at which products offer affiliate terms, and we cover tools that pay us nothing whenever they deserve the spot. We do not accept payment for reviews or for placement, and we do not let vendors see reviews before publication.

4. Accuracy, and its limits

We test carefully and we correct errors, but software moves faster than publishing. Prices change, free tiers shrink, interfaces get rebuilt, and features are added and removed. Content on this site reflects what we found at the time of testing and may be out of date by the time you read it.

Always confirm current pricing, system requirements, licence terms, and feature availability on the vendor's own site before committing. Scores and rankings are our subjective assessment based on our published methodology — reasonable people using different criteria will reach different conclusions.

Where a page shows placeholder or illustrative product entries during development, those entries do not describe real products and must not be relied on. Spotted a mistake? Email [email protected] and we will check it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of our content without written permission
• Scrape or harvest the site by automated means, or use our content to train models without permission
• Interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability
• Misrepresent our reviews, scores, or quotes, including by selective quotation that reverses their meaning
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Short quotations with clear attribution and a link back are welcome — that is normal citation and we encourage it.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, and original graphics on this site belong to Easy Animation Studio and are protected by copyright. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; we use them descriptively to identify the products we review, and their appearance here implies no endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship in either direction.

7. Third-party links

We link to vendor sites, documentation, community forums, and affiliate destinations. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Following an outbound link is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete, current, or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Animation Studio and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, wasted time, or software purchases that did not suit you, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content — even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Animation Studio and its contributors from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, including removing or revising reviews as products change. We are not obliged to keep any particular page online, though we prefer to update a stale page rather than delete it.
